3) We are booked out the first week of Term 3 school holiday - from Friday 19th September to Friday 26th September.
4) We are fully booked from 23rd December 2025 to 11th January. Our waitlist is closed. Thank you for your interest.
5) We will be closed for a break in 2026 - Sunday 15th February to Saturday 28th February. We will reopen on Sunday 1st March 2026.
6) Price increase effective from Sunday 1st February 2026 - Premium Room $47.00, VIC Room $66.00 and $20.00 for additional cat. 15% discount still applies from the 14th night and onwards. All prices include GST.
